0Gas Engine Power Plants from Asic24
Asic24 supplies gas engine power plants (GPP) for autonomous generation, backup power and continuous operation at industrial sites, commercial facilities, warehouses and remote locations, where stable output and independence from grid constraints are critical.
We offer dealer delivery of WeiChai gas generator sets rated from 100 to 1400 kW across Moscow and all regions of Russia with turnkey installation, commissioning, and full warranty and service support.
Applications and Operating Modes
Gas engine power plants can operate as the main or standby power source in island mode or in parallel with the grid, supporting continuous loads at production facilities, logistics centers and remote sites.
Each project is configured to site conditions: power, voltage, execution (open frame, canopy, container), automation, monitoring and fuel requirements are agreed directly with the customer before order confirmation.
How a Gas Engine Power Plant Works
Gas engine power plants operate on a simple principle: gas is supplied to an internal combustion engine, the crankshaft drives a synchronous generator, and electricity is then fed to the facility’s network through control and protection systems.
The basic package includes a gas engine and generator on a common frame, control cabinet with protection and emergency shutdown, cooling and lubrication systems, gas supply assemblies and exhaust with optional noise reduction.
Execution Options for Your Site
GPPs are supplied in several execution types to match site constraints: open frame units for indoor installation, soundproof canopies for reduced noise, and containerized or modular solutions for outdoor and remote locations.
When selecting execution, we consider temperature, noise limits, safety requirements, access for maintenance, ventilation, exhaust routing, gas connection and cable runs to ensure reliable long-term operation.
Cogeneration and Heat Utilization
For cogeneration projects Asic24 uses waste heat from cooling circuits and exhaust to provide heating, hot water or process heat, significantly increasing overall fuel utilization when there is a stable heat consumer.
Mini-CHP configurations allow you to combine electric power generation with heat supply, which is especially relevant for industrial sites, greenhouses and commercial facilities with year-round heat demand.
Price, Delivery and Service
Final price of a gas engine power plant depends on power rating, execution type, automation level, gas parameters and additional options such as preheating, noise protection and filtration; equipment is supplied on a pre-order basis after a technical and commercial proposal is agreed.
Asic24 provides turnkey support: selection and sizing, configuration approval, delivery, installation, piping and cabling, commissioning, and further scheduled maintenance during operation.
Data Required for Selection and Sizing
To select a gas engine power plant we request a brief data sheet: electrical load and profile, required voltage and connection scheme, gas type and working pressure, installation site and noise limits, reserve or grid-parallel operation requirements, and monitoring options.
If you plan to install a gas engine power plant for your facility, contact Asic24 or send a request for sizing and configuration so we can prepare a detailed quotation with budget, delivery terms and service conditions.
